The four-star hotel group is Italy 's largest lodging company, with 46 hotels in Europe and the US . In Italy (70% of sales) Jolly Hotels has locations in many of the country's leading tourist and business centers, including Rome , Genoa , and Pisa . The company also has properties in Amsterdam ; Berlin ; Brussels ; Cologne , Germany ; London ; Munich , Germany ; New York ; and Paris . It owns 21 of its hotels but has begun franchising. The founding Marzotto family and chairman Vittorio Zanuso's family own a majority stake in Jolly Hotels. Spanish hotel chain NH Hoteles owns 20%.
