Hudson Hotels Corporation  OTC: HUDS

Hudson Hotels is definitely part of the inn crowd. The company owns 25 hotels, primarily under the Fairfield Inn and Hampton Inn names. It also manages 46 partially owned or third-party properties. Most of Hudson 's holdings are midrange and budget hotels, although its portfolio does include a couple of luxury hotels (such as Delray Beach , Florida 's Seagate Hotel & Beach Club). It operates mainly in the northeastern and southeastern US. Financially struggling Hudson has recently lost a handful of top executives and is working to reduce overhead and restructure its debt. Chairman Anthony Wilson owns about 15% of the company.
