MPTV, Inc:  OTC: MPTT

You won't hear singing on this company's videos. MPTV has been renovating its Lake Tropicana Las Vegas time-share resort since 1994, but financial woes have delayed the project's completion. Three years later, the company resumed the renovation of Lake Tropicana through joint venture Lake Trop LLC (with All Star Resorts). The firm bought All Star's interest in 2000 and gained full ownership of Lake Tropicana . The resort currently serves as an apartment complex with 144 units in 22 buildings. MPTV plans to sell time-shares via infomercials and other video promotions. The company also owns stakes in properties in California and Hawaii .
