Description
The National Tourism Florida Scholarship Program is open to
Florida
residents pursuing a degree in a travel or tourism-related field. To
qualify for this award, you must be a junior or senior enrolled in a North
American four-year college full time and have a minimum 3.0 GPA . In
addition, you must submit two letters of recommendation, a resume, a
current college transcript and an essay. The essay must address one of the
following topics: International Inbound Tourism, Intergenerational Travel,
Effects of Technological Advancements on Tourism, Cultural Diversity,
Impact of Group Tourism, Career Opportunities in the Industry, Niche
Marketing or Heritage Tourism.
